If you’d like to build your preschooler’s life skills, make sure that you don’t forget to let them play.
WHY PRESCHOOLERS SHOULD PLAY
Play is the most developmentally appropriate method of learning for preschoolers. Through play children explore and gain an understanding of the world around them. At the same time, they are also developing important life skills.
Play is very important to healthy brain development. When children participate in open-ended play they are being creative and using their imaginations as they process information. Through their play, they are also developing fine motor, social-emotional, and cognitive skills.
