I currently work in a child care center as a preschool teacher that is naeyc accredited. I am looking to move up in the center to Assistant Director. I have applied, but now I am told I need a four year degree. I have an associates degree as a childcare specialist.
Are there specific requirements for becoming an Assistant Director for the center being naeyc accredited?
Thank you in advance for any information.
    Barb
