If you’d like to build your preschooler’s life skills, make sure that you don’t forget about helping them brush their teeth.

WHY PRESCHOOLERS SHOULD BRUSH THEIR TEETH
Brushing your teeth regularly is important in fighting off bacteria and plaque and preventing tooth tooth decay and gum disease. Instilling healthy tooth brushing habits in your preschooler will set your preschooler up for healthy teeth in their future. Your preschooler should be brushing their teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before bed.
