37 Fast Ways to Get Money to Start Your Preschool

Need to get money to start your preschool?

One of my favorite quotes from Tony Robbins is this:

“It’s not the lack of resources, it’s your lack of resourcefulness that stops you.”

Often, you’ll hear us discuss “resourcefulness” with you, in regards to how you can get money for the things that you want. After all, we all spend money on the things that we value. If we value reliable transportation, we’ll spend money on a reliable car.

If we value a house that our neighbors ooh and ah over, we’ll spend money on a huge house. If we value our appearance as being extremely important, we’ll spend money on getting our nails, hair, and tan done. Whatever you spend money on: you value.

Now the question is this: If you feel like you don’t have enough money… is that really the problem? Or are you just spending money in places that you don’t want to give up?

The truth is: sometimes we have to sacrifice. Some people find success right away and can use their preschool registration fees and tuition money to pay for their business start-up costs. Others struggle to get signups, and sometimes struggle to get enough money for things like their DBA and LLC, supplies, furniture, and more.

One of our favorite questions to ask preschool owners is this:

“How were you resourceful to get the money you needed to start your preschool?”

We love hearing the commitment level in their voices as they reply back with determination, having gone “all in.” These are some of their answers:

“I honestly didn’t come up with the funds.  I just realized that it was time to pour into me.  So I took a leap of faith.” – Samico

“Currently unemployed and disabled single mom but pinched and pinched to save and started the payment process.” – Katy

“Put it on a credit card, and will pay it off when our taxes are done.” – Andrea

“Yes, I stepped out and spent my mortgage on it and it came back!!!” – Tracee
