Looking for ways to increase the income of your preschool? Not only can you add extra curricular activities to your preschool, you can also add party planning services to make more money in your preschool!

How Does Your Preschool Make Money?

Obviously your preschool makes money from monthly tuition payments, and you probably have a registration fee to increase your annual income, but how else does your preschool make money? Maybe you have added an after school art class or cheerleading, baking, or soccer classes. How else can your preschool make more money?

How To Add A Party Planning Service To Your Preschool

How about adding a party planning service? You already have your preschool room with lots of amazing activities to entertain children for a couple of hours. Add some streamers, a few balloons, some cake and ice cream, and some party favors, and you’ve got a full-blown party! And you don’t even have to limit it to just birthday parties; you could offer children’s parties for any special occasion.

Let the parents bring the cake and you do the rest—games, activities, music and movement, outdoor play, maybe even a Circle Time. For an added fee, you could even do a themed party. Just offer themes for decorations and accessories you already have in storage for your preschool. You may also want to only offer themes that you can set up and tear down reasonably quickly unless you are planning to use that theme in your preschool that week.

And an added benefit of adding party planning services to your preschool is that you will have a classroom full of your target market enjoying your preschool class. Give the birthday child one of your preschool t-shirts as a gift and add flyers for your preschool in the goodie bags that each child takes home. Adding party planning services to your preschool is a great way to make more money.
