If you’d like to build your preschooler’s life skills, make sure that you don’t forget about helping them stretch.
WHY PRESCHOOLERS SHOULD STRETCH
Stretching is important for your preschooler’s flexibility and ligament strength. Developing ligament strength is important for preventing injuries from occurring while your preschooler is exercising. Stretching can also help improve your preschooler’s concentration and reduce anxiety. It’s important to make sure your preschooler is doing age appropriate stretches and exercises or it can have an opposite affect and your preschooler could end up injured. It’s important for your preschooler to have fun while they keep their bodies healthy so they can develop their own desire to stay healthy.
