If you’d like to build your preschooler’s life skills, make sure that you don’t forget about helping them be kind.
WHY PRESCHOOLERS SHOULD BE KIND
When your preschooler is kind to others they learn to value other people and realize that the world doesn’t always cater to their needs and wants. They learn to take other people’s feelings in to consideration and put others above themselves. It’s important for your preschooler to show kindness because otherwise they will have a hard time building relationships throughout their life. Being kind makes others happy, but it also raises the level of oxytocin in your preschooler making them feel happier as well. When your preschooler learns to be kind, everyone benefits.
