When you want a clean preschool that will wow your preschool parents, use this preschool cleaning checklist.

DAILY PRESCHOOL CLEANING CHECKLIST

Sink Area
– Daily: Clean with disinfectant wipes
– As needed: Clean mirror with Windex and paper towel
Toilet Area
– Daily: Clean entire surface including base and floor with disinfectant wipes
– Weekly: Clean with toilet bowl cleaner and scrubber
Floor: Sweep and mop as needed
Trash Can: Take garbage outside/replace liner daily
General: Make sure bathroom is clean, organized, and free of clutter

PRESCHOOL DEEP CLEAN CHECKLIST

Front Door Exterior

Dust window above door
Dust windows beside door
Wipe door, knob, jam
Wipe door window sills
Wash window beside door
Wipe footplate below door
Shake off Welcome mat
Sweep sidewalks

Hallway/Staircase/Entryway

Dust entryway window above door
Wipe wall hangings
Wipe doors, knob, jams
Wipe entryway window sills
Wash entryway windows beside door
Wipe banisters
Wipe baseboards
Vacuum carpets
Sweep floor
Mop floor

Classrooms

Wipe fans and light fixtures
Wipe wall hangings
Wipe doors, knobs, jams
Wash windows
Wash glass doors
Wipe white toy containers
Dump out toys/wipe toys & bins
Dump out teacher organizer/wipe
Wipe all surfaces
Remove all items from shelves; wipe
Wipe cupboard doors
Wipe window sills
Wipe fridge
Set fridge outside to thaw
Wipe tables
Wipe chairs
Wipe baseboards
Vacuum carpets
Sweep floor
Mop floor
Take out garbages and replace liners
DO THE FOLLOWING 3 THINGS ONLY 1-2X/YEAR:
Paint walls
Paint baseboards
Patch walls
