If you don’t do this right, you’ll end up with half-full classes. So pay attention to this sure-fire way to fill your preschool classes!

What To Include On Your Advertising Flyers To Save Time When Filling your Preschool Classes

Your advertising flyers need to include all the relevant information a parent needs to make a decision about your preschool.

  • Class times
  • Tuition rates
  • Class sizes
  • Location
  • Anything else they need to know about what makes your preschool program amazing!

Parents Want Options

When it comes to class times, they need to know ALL your class times. Parents want options; not everyone will be available to sign up for a preschool class that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.

Listing only one class at a time on your flyers will make filling up your classes take longer. It will also increase your costs because you will have to print a new batch of flyers each time you want to fill up another class.

Have several options for parents to choose from. List them on your flyer something like this:

M_W_F9:00-11:30 $180
M_W_F12:00-2:30 $180
T_Th9:00-11:30 $120
T_Th12:00-2:30$120
Mon-Friam or pm$300

By giving parents all the options, you will only get calls from parents who can afford your tuition rates and who can fit your classes into their schedule.

Go All In On Filling Your Preschool Classes

The best way to fill your preschool classes quickly is to go all in with as many classes as you plan to teach. Commit to filling them. Print the flyers. Take the phone calls. Give the tours, Register the students. You can fill your preschool classes all at once if you do all the steps and do them well.
