If you’d like to build your preschooler’s life skills, make sure that you don’t forget about helping them wash their hands.

WHY PRESCHOOLERS SHOULD WASH THEIR HANDS
Making sure your preschooler washes their hands regularly is one of the most important steps you can take towards keeping your child healthy. Your preschooler is constantly exposed to germs, and because children explore so many hands-on activities they are even more prone to picking them up. To protect themselves and others from getting sick, your preschooler should be washing their hands frequently throughout the day, but especially after using the bathroom, and before eating. According to the CDC, hand washing can prevent 1 in 3 diarrhea related sicknesses, and 1 in 5 respiratory infections.
